How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

Your notice must include the following elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work (title/author/studio and, if available, a link to the authorized source).
2. Direct URL(s) on hentaiiran.com to the allegedly infringing material.
3. Your full contact information: legal name, company (if any), mailing address, phone, and email.
4. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
5. An accuracy statement and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized agent.
6. Your signature (typed full name is acceptable for digital submission).

What Happens After a Valid Notice

• We remove or disable access to the reported material within a reasonable time.
• We attempt to notify the uploader (if identifiable) about the removal.
• We may preserve and share the notice as permitted by law.

Counter-Notification

If you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notification that includes: identification of the removed material and its prior URL on hentaiiran.com; your legal name and contact information; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification; a statement consenting to jurisdiction and accepting service from the original complainant; and your signature (typed name acceptable).

Restoration timeline: If a valid counter-notice is received, the material may be restored within 10–14 business days unless we are informed of court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, we may limit or terminate access for repeat offenders and remove content proactively when we have a good-faith belief it infringes copyrights.

Submitting false or bad-faith notices or counter-notices may result in liability (including costs and attorneys’ fees) under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
